     All of these forms except HIPAA and Class 3 Medical forms are in Microsoft Word format and you can save and re-edit your changes unlike PDF files. You can also scan and include photos.   Right click on the link and take the  'Save Target As' option to save the file to your computer.  Otherwise the forms actually open on your computer in Word or some compatible word processor.

     Many other forms can be found on the BSA National web site and the local council web site.
